Position Summary:

The Car Wash Attendant plays a crucial role in customer service, equipment operation, and site upkeep. We are actively seeking individuals who excel in customer interaction and are confident in selling wash memberships . Candidates with a friendly, engaging personality and strong sales mindset are highly encouraged to apply. Morning shift availability is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and assist with selecting the best wash options Actively promote and sell monthly membership plans to meet daily and weekly sales goals Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor and ensure proper alignment Perform pre-wash prep (spray-down, brushing, bug removal, wheel cleaning) Monitor wash tunnel equipment for proper operation and safety Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including vacuums, parking lot, trash, and restrooms Perform light maintenance and report mechanical issues Deliver a positive and professional customer experience Follow company standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Contribute to a teamwork-focused atmosphere

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and sales skills are essential Must be comfortable proactively approaching customers to sell memberships Morning availability required (typically opening shifts starting between 7-9 AM) Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and operate car wash equipment

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time or part-time positions available Morning and weekend shifts strongly preferred Competitive hourly pay + sales bonuses/commissions (if applicable)
