Family Owned and Operated Fast Paced and Fun Professional We are looking for a reliable Lot Manager who owns the car production process end to end — getting cars in, preparing them for sale, couriering vehicles and parts as needed, and stewarding the lot and facilities. The candidate will inspect and solve a wide array of vehicle and facility maintenance issues to keep inventory presentation-ready and the property clean, safe, and well run.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Own car intake and production flow: receive arriving cars, stage them on the lot, and keep them moving through prep toward sale-ready Prep inventory vehicles: maintain cleanliness and basic operational readiness; photograph and video vehicles as necessary Courier vehicles and items to vendors, service partners, and other local destinations Assist the porter team in maintaining a clean and organized lot Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs Facilities stewardship: maintain lot and building supply inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies; keep the property presentable Skills and Qualifications Takes initiative Effective problem solving Effective plan making Expert driving proficiency (manual transmission preferred but not required) Comfortable operating light machinery (car lifts, lawn mowers, tire jacks, car battery buddies, etc.)
