Job Description

Make Ready Auto Detailer will clean; refurbish and detail vehicles sold by the dealership. Will inspect for imperfections in repairs while cleaning the vehicle and will correct imperfection or inform management of the situation.
Job Responsibilities:
Cleaning, refurbishing and detailing of vehicles for delivery to customer after repair to include: exterior, interior, underside, trunk area, under hood and more Install pin stripes and or decals and emblems as required Polish and or wax vehicles as required or directed Inform management of, any imperfections Retrieve vehicles from and return to shop or storage area Ensure that working area is kept clean Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standard Inspects quality of work performed to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Must meet company's requirements for employment Must have a valid drivers license Professional appearance Provide quality customer service Ability to operate an automobile, including automatic and manual transmission vehicles Ability to exercise good judgment and follow direction Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Able to withstand inclement weather, elements while working outside and in shop Lift up to 30+ pounds Able to stoop, kneel, crawl, reach and handle parts and equipment Able to work in an environment that is dusty and where various chemical compounds and paint is used
