Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Bottoms Bridge Tire & Auto Care is seeking a dependable Automotive Detailer to complete customer, dealership, and company vehicle-detailing services. The Detailer will complete authorized packages, protect vehicles from damage, maintain a clean work area, and communicate delays or concerns promptly. This is a production role with clear quality and turnaround expectations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the work order and confirm the vehicle before starting. Perform a walkaround and report existing damage or unusual conditions. Complete authorized interior and exterior detailing services. Wash, dry, vacuum, shampoo, clean, condition, polish, and treat vehicles as required by the service package. Use chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions. Inspect completed vehicles for missed areas, residue, streaks, damage, or incomplete work. Correct missed work before release. Maintain control of keys and vehicle location. Report delays, damage, equipment problems, or supply shortages immediately. Keep detailing bays, equipment, towels, and supplies clean and organized. Do not add services, change pricing, or perform unauthorized work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow work orders and checklists Ability to work independently Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely use detailing chemicals and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work inside vehicles for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when required Professional detailing experience is preferred, but reliable candidates willing to learn may be considered.
