In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces. Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing special attention or repair. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing process. Apply window tinting as needed, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Execute buffing techniques to restore paint finishes and remove imperfections. Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment, adhering to safety protocols. Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning or repositioning within the facility. Assist with car wash operations when required. Requirements Proven experience in automotive detailing or a related custodial role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of detailing products and techniques, including buffing and window tinting. Ability to clean vehicles thoroughly while paying attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods and lifting equipment as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in automotive care.
