This is a hands-on, physical role where reliability and communication matter just as much as the work itself. Strong performers often move into full-time hours and advancement opportunities. What You'll Do Greet and guide customers into the wash tunnel. Monitor wash quality and ensure safety throughout. Keep equipment, vacuums, and property clean and functional. Handle customer questions in a respectful manner. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We Expect Be able to lift 35 lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and stay on your feet for full shifts. Must have reliable transportation and live within 20-25 minutes of the location. No experience required—training provided. Compensation & Growth Starts at (up to $16/hr+) are earned by consistent performance and reliability.
