Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Boat Salesmen to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through the exciting process of selecting and purchasing their ideal boat. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills will help create memorable experiences for our clients. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend suitable boats and accessories Demonstrate boat features and provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed decisions Facilitate test drives and coordinate with customers to schedule viewings and inspections Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory, including new arrivals, specifications, and pricing Assist with the preparation of boats for display, including cleaning, detailing, buffing, and minor maintenance tasks such as washing or window tinting Process sales transactions accurately and handle all necessary paperwork efficiently Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients Experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work enhances your ability to present boats at their best Knowledge of janitorial practices or cleaning techniques beneficial for maintaining boat displays Valid driving license with a clean driving record for test drives and transportation needs Familiarity with window tinting or related cosmetic enhancements is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for boating products Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding service and helping customers find their perfect boat!
