Overview Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Staff member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services! In this energetic role, you'll ensure each vehicle is sparkling clean, well-maintained, and ready to impress. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their vehicle needs confidently Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently to clean vehicles thoroughly, including exterior washing and interior vacuuming Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including janitorial duties like sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to ensure a tidy environment Conduct vehicle inspections to identify additional detailing or cleaning needs and communicate these to customers effectively Assist with additional custodial tasks as needed, including window cleaning and general maintenance of the facility Support team members in completing all operational tasks promptly while adhering to safety standards Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or janitorial work is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic knowledge of car wash procedures, detailing techniques, or custodial responsibilities is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and handle various tools used in vehicle detailing Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members Valid driver's license is advantageous for assisting with vehicle movement or related tasks Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
