Our kitchen team takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming environment while delivering high-quality service. Position Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Prep / Dish Machine Operator to join our team as soon as possible . This full-time position will primarily assist with food preparation while also helping with dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and basic prep Follow Chef's direction and established recipes and preparation standards Operate the dishwashing machine safely and efficiently Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keep the prep, dishwashing, and kitchen areas clean and organized Take out trash and assist with other basic kitchen tasks as needed Follow all health and safety regulations Notify management when equipment is not functioning properly or supplies are low Qualifications Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player Weekend availability required Must be available to start as soon as possible
