Job Overview As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are returned to their designated places. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping in the kitchen during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow and support overall kitchen operations. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean workspace. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed. Attention to detail in cleaning processes and adherence to health regulations. Flexibility to assist with various tasks including bussing tables, food preparation, and supporting banquet services when required.
