• What You Will Do:

• + Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces + Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas + Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area + Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance + Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces •

What We Are Looking For:

• + No experience? No problem! We'll train the right candidate + Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or squat for long periods + A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail + Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
