Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our kitchen team as an Entry Level Dishwasher/Prep Cook. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen by hand washing dishes and utensils, as well as assisting with basic food preparation tasks. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the culinary industry and grow within a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans by hand. Ensure all dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to kitchen standards. Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping and mopping floors, disposing of trash, and organizing storage areas. Help with basic food prep tasks such as washing and chopping fruit, and panning/or baking simple bakery pastries under the guidance of kitchen staff. Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures in handling food and cleaning supplies. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient dishwashing, drying workflow and timely service. This is crucial to keep the Kitchen running smoothly. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

No previous experience required; willingness to learn and develop new skills. Basic understanding of kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Team player with good communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
