Unlike standard dishwashing positions, this role involves a heavy volume of manual hand washing for oversized pots, pans, and specialized culinary equipment. You must be comfortable with continuous physical labor, working in a wet environment, and must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds easily on a regular basis.
