As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for encompassing our goal of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience as well as; Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies Restocking dishes in front and back of house Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested Light cooking and prepping duties Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation We challenge ourselves, and each other, to be the best.
