Job Description
We are a family-owned dessert shop looking for a reliable and hardworking Back of House Team Member to join our team. We offer a welcoming, positive work environment where teamwork and helping each other are important. Responsibilities Wash dishes and keep the dish area clean and organized Clean and maintain kitchen and back-of-house areas Complete routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep Restock supplies and keep work areas organized Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help the team as needed during busy periods What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Hardworking with a positive attitude Able to work efficiently and stay organized Comfortable with cleaning, dishwashing, and food prep Team player willing to help wherever needed Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required We are a small, family-owned business and value employees who are dependable, respectful, and enjoy being part of a supportive team
