Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are washed and sanitized efficiently. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including basic food prep duties to support cooks and chefs. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order. Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes in dining areas during peak service times. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
