Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, floors, and food prep areas throughout your shift to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food presentation when needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to expedite service during busy periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Help with general cleaning duties including trash removal, surface sanitizing, and equipment maintenance to keep the kitchen spotless. Maintain exceptionally clean dining room, restrooms kitchen and dish area. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key. Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices is beneficial but can be taught on the job.
