Job Overview Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Help and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients under supervision Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including countertops, floors, sinks, and storage spaces in accordance with sanitation standards Support bussing duties by clearing tables and assisting with guest service when needed Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, including dishwashers, sinks, and food prep tools Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and prepared foods Adhere to all kitchen health and safety standards, including manual handling procedures and sanitation regulations Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and sanitation practices is a plus Experience with dishwashing or kitchen cleaning tasks demonstrates reliability in maintaining hygiene standards Ability to handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies or equipment Basic knife skills or food handling experience can be beneficial for supporting food prep activities Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for working in fast-paced settings is essential Join us in creating a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment where teamwork thrives!
