Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors to uphold health and safety standards. Follow all sanitation procedures and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a hygienic workspace. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by handling dishware quickly and accurately. Keep work areas tidy and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies to promote efficiency. Experience Previous experience working in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with energy and focus. Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
