Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing services to meet event schedules. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area by cleaning sinks, counters, and equipment regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Basic understanding of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies. Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met. Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with kitchen equipment is advantageous. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations.
