Your responsibilities will include following standards for washing & sanitizing baking pans, baking equipment and utensils used in preparing and baking a variety of menu items. Job Duties and Responsibilities Manually wash, rinse and sanitize baking pans, dishes, utensils and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to food handling standards. Keep the bakery clean and organized utilizing the cleaning checklists. Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps and mops floors, and cleans floor drains. Assist in receiving and storing weekly deliveries from suppliers. Monitor inventory of supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary. Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record. Follow all health and safety guidelines, policies and procedures. Ability to shift job duties and responsibilities. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. The role involves prolonged periods of standing, lifting heavy baking pans, boxes, bags and ingredients, bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions.

Temperature Variations:

The role involves exposure to hot/warm water and at times cold temperatures due to refrigeration units.

Handling Equipment:

Employees may need to operate bakery equipment such as mixer, commercial oven, dollies and step ladders.

Fast-Paced Environment:

The ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask will be required.

Work Availability:

Employee must demonstrate consistent attendance, with the schedule being Monday thru Friday, 11am - 4pm. The number of baking days during the week is dependent on bakery demand.
