Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Washing dishes and tools as needed in a timely manner Preparing sauces, salads, cookies, meatballs and other items with consistent quality Assisting prep team with dough mixing and portioning Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards Ensure that all equipment and tools are cleaned on a regular basis including vents and hoods.
