Assists in the food preparation tasks in between dishwashing duties. Prepares dishes, utensils and glassware for washing. Loads industrial dishwasher and starts the machine for the cycle. Empties the dishwasher, inspects items and puts all dishes, utensils, glassware and other items away in their proper storage places. Gathers the empty boxes and garbage for disposal. Walks the garbage cans and trash to the dumpster area. Able to stand for long periods of time.

Educational Experience Required:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent experience. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to stand for long periods of time in both inside temperature controlled environment, inside elements in an uncontrolled temperature with varied lighting and occasional outside exposure to wind, rain, cold extreme heat and humidity. Able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, pull, reach, lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Part-time hours (variable hours including weekdays and weekends ); 30-minute meal break as required; overtime as required.

Compensation:
