About Us Join the opening team of a brand-new Chinese restaurant in Tustin! LongHe Chinese Cuisine is a new restaurant offering creative Chinese cuisine with Cantonese roots and modern fusion influences. Our goal is to provide a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for every guest. We are currently hiring Dishwashers and Food Preparers to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for daily food production (wash, cut, and portion vegetables, meats, and other ingredients) Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dish area Take out trash and recycling Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the kitchen team as needed Qualifications Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team Weekend availability preferred Benefits Employee discount
