Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support the culinary team. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish clearance during busy service hours. Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance. Help with general cleaning duties to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in the restaurant or hotel environment. Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards. Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Good teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Prior experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus.
