Job Description
Overview Your energetic approach will ensure that dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use, supporting our culinary team in providing top-quality food service. Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas throughout your shift Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep and basic plating when need. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dish turnaround during busy service periods Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination.
