Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
• Safely transport food and dishware from and to our other location

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have an SUV or other capable car for delivery. Must be able to carry up to 2 baking racks approximately 26" square and 30" high.
• Must have a good driving record
