Role Description This is a part time, on-site position for a DIshwasher/food prep in our kitchen at our Litchfield, CT location. Responsible for all cleaning and of dishes, be an active team member in our kitchen, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting daily café operations. The role includes setting up the dish station, and breaking down the station line. The more we can train you on the better. Cross training is key! Qualifications Basic knowledge and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency Flexibility to work varied shifts, but we try for a set schedule with set days off Previous food-service experience is a plus but not required
