The Dishwasher plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, using dishwasher or by hand Ensure all items are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Take out trash and recycling, and keep disposal areas clean Assist with polishing any glassware, dishes, or flatware Follow health and safety guidelines

AT ALL TIMES

Restock clean dishes and supplies to appropriate areas

Qualifications:

No prior experience required, training will be provided Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35lbs Strong attention to cleanliness & hygiene Team player with a positive attitude Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Skills:

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience Basic knowledge or food safety practices Spanish or English speaking preferred
