Job Description
About Lucky Danger Lucky Danger isn't your typical American Chinese restaurant—it's an evolution. We describe it as 'American-Chinese by a Chinese-American,' a concept that takes the nostalgic flavors we all grew up with and elevates them through the lens of classic culinary technique and high-quality ingredients. It's fast, it's intense, and it's deeply rooted in the idea that this specific cuisine deserves the same level of respect and care as every other cuisine. We're part of Tim Ma Hospitality, which means we value systems and precision just as much as we value flavor. At Lucky Danger, we work hard, move fast, and take immense pride in being the neighborhood's go-to spot. We're looking for people who want to master a unique craft and grow with a brand that is redefining what modern American-Chinese food looks like. The Role The Dishwasher is the 'Backbone' of the operation. Without you, the hospitality system stops. You are responsible for the sanitation, organization, and logistical flow of the entire restaurant, ensuring the kitchen has the tools they need and the guests have clean plates to eat from.
What You'll Own Sanitation Excellence:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish pit; manage the recycling, compost, and trash flow for the entire building.Tool & Equipment Care:
Ensure that expensive kitchen tools, glassware, and plates are handled with care and stored in their proper places.Speed & Flow:
Maintain a high sense of urgency to ensure that during peak rushes, the kitchen never runs out of sauté pans and the bar never runs out of glass.Safety:
Follow all chemical safety protocols and keep the floors clear and dry to prevent accidents. Who You Are Reliable, hardworking, and a true team player. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet for long, fast-paced shifts. Someone who takes pride in the 'behind-the-scenes' work that makes a restaurant successful. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate. Health benefits. A welcoming team environment and shift meals. The opportunity to move into prep or line cook roles for those who show interest and initiative.Similar remote jobs
