Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to meet health and safety standards Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain overall kitchen flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques and food handling safety protocols Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Enthusiasm for learning culinary operations and supporting a vibrant hospitality team Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
