Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Loads, runs and unloads the dishwasher machine following proper procedures Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems immediately Monitors dish machines water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware Keeps dish room clean and organized Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen Bags and hauls dish room trash to dumpster at designed times Handles tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss Maintains adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies Cleans food preparation and production areas as required Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous experience helpful

Physical Demands:

The associate must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30/40 pounds. Must be able to reach, bend, and stoop as well as stand for the duration of shift.
