Job Objectives The Stewarding role is the backbone of Food & Beverage department, because nothing happens without equipment! Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and work in a professional kitchen environment Job Description to include but not limited to Set up dish-station for safe and proper operation, informing supervisor of any problems. Perform the cleaning and sanitation duties of kitchen and dining room dish and cookware Perform the cleaning and sanitation duties of food & beverage and kitchen equipment Set up banquet tables, chairs and event equipment Perform tasks as requested by culinary leadership team.
