THE BASICS

Ensuring the cleanliness and quality of every dish, pot, pan, utensil, and item that is used in the kitchen to prepare food and serve to our guests. Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values and great team player. Following food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring best in class practices consistently Ensuring the dish machine is operating at correct temperatures Ensuring that the proper detergents (and levels of detergents) are being used in the dish machine and pot washing sinks. Ensuring that the proper sanitizers are being used when cleaning walls, cook/ prep surfaces and floors. Abiding by the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) that outline hazardous chemical use. Helping maintain safe, clean, and organized walkways in the kitchen. Maintaining the cleanliness of the dish area so that it remains at free from debris at all times Assisting kitchen with prep work, putting away food orders, and rotating produce as needed.
