Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently.

Duties:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and food service as needed
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices
• Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
