You'll help guests discover their new favorite flavors, craft picture-perfect sundaes, and make every visit memorable. Your energy and attention to detail will turn a simple dessert into a delightful experience that keeps people coming back. What You'll Do Greet customers warmly and guide them through our menu of flavors, toppings, and seasonal specials. Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes with precision and creativity. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area — from the counter to the toppings bar. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our POS system. Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties. Work as part of a supportive team to keep service smooth during busy rushes. What You'll Bring A friendly, approachable personality and genuine love for customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail — from portion sizes to presentation. Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
