This position is full time Tuesday - Saturday evenings. The Dishwasher is responsible for dishes and equipment that come off the Dish station. He/she is to manage the proper opening, during, and closing duties. Dishwasher is not only responsible for Dishes but also other cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant. Dishwasher is also responsible for communicating with second dish and everyone in the kitchen on dishes and the production of the station. Making sure the head Chef is aware of any difficulties or problems throughout the night that he/she might have. The Dishwasher must communicate with the servers/bussers on silverware and certain items they might need in that moment.
