Job Description

Position Overview:

Shift:

3:00 PM until closing (typically between 9:00-11:00 PM) We are a locally owned sushi restaurant based in Coeur d'Alene, committed to high-quality ingredients, outstanding customer service, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools Maintain a tidy and organized dishwashing station Support kitchen staff with basic prep and general cleaning tasks Adhere to all health and safety standards

Qualifications:

Dependable and consistently on time Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting Positive, team-focused mindset No prior experience necessary — we provide training
