@ 2:30pm. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas organized and free of hazards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
