Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Operate commercial dishwashing and kitchen equipment safely and properly Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen work areas Keep dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and equipment clean throughout the shift Sort and remove trash and recycling and transport it to designated areas Clean and sanitize garbage and waste containers as needed Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment for kitchen and food & beverage operations Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation duties as assigned Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Work cooperatively with the culinary and food & beverage TEAM Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Previous hotel, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a TEAM Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must be available for a part-time morning schedule Flexible availability for weekends and holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
