Responsibilities:

Load, run, and unload the dishwasher, ensuring all kitchenware is properly stored. Maintain and monitor the dishwasher, equipment, and detergent levels. Keep the dish room impeccably clean and sanitized, including taking care of trash disposal. Be ready to assist both the kitchen and front-of-house staff with various tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

No previous restaurant experience is required; we're happy to train the right candidate. Applicants must be at least 17 years old. Be prepared to work in a humid and heated environment. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, scooping, standing, kneeling, and squatting during your shift.
