Duties Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including basic ingredient prep for cooks. Ensure that all kitchen areas are organized and free of clutter. Help with bussing tables during busy service periods to maintain a smooth workflow. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet the demands of banquet services or special events at the hotel or restaurant. Skills Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
