The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Support the kitchen staff during peak hours by helping with additional tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to assist cooks and other kitchen staff when needed. Hiring for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 7:30 am until duties are finished after we close at 2:00pm. .
