Full-Time 3rd Shift Monday-Friday Nights Some weekends may be required based on customer scheduling Join Our Growing Team Pressure Pros & Soft Washing is seeking experienced Commercial Kitchen Exhaust (Hood) Cleaning Technicians to join our expanding team. We are looking for dependable individuals who have previous hood cleaning experience and take pride in performing quality work while following NFPA 96 standards. Responsibilities Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems in accordance with NFPA 96 Clean hoods, ductwork, exhaust fans, and grease containment systems Protect customer equipment and surrounding areas Complete required job documentation and photos Operate company vehicles and equipment safely Maintain a clean, professional appearance and provide excellent customer service Requirements Previous commercial kitchen exhaust (hood) cleaning experience is required Valid driver's license is required Ability to work overnight (3rd shift) Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Dependable with excellent attendance Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits Starting pay: $17.50 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days One week of paid vacation after one year of employment Opportunities for overtime Advancement opportunities into Lead Technician and Supervisor positions Year-round, full-time employment Supportive and growing company with room for long-term career growth If you have commercial hood cleaning experience and are looking for a stable company that values quality work and promotes from within, we'd like to hear from you.
