Monday/Tuesday 7am-3pm, Friday-Saturday 3:30-11:30pm. •Hotel Experience a plus•The Lexington Marriott City Center Hotels is seeking a thoughtful, dynamic and inventive individual to join our food and beverage team. We are seeking a Sanitation Aide/Dishwasher to help create and deliver a quality customer experience at our property. The Sanitation Aide of the Lexington Marriott City Center Hotels will have the following responsibilities: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware. Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas. Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing.
