SAGE Dining Services® is seeking to add a full time Dishwasher and Cold Prep person to their team. They maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Free meal with shift. Assist with cold food preparation, including slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and safety standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as dishwashers, slicers, and other prep tools. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and thoroughly. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene are upheld at all times. Support the culinary team with meal prep tasks, including ingredient organization and portion control.

Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Rotate products in inventory. Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes. Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment. Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters. Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies. Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management. Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold. What you'll need: Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
