We are looking for team members who: Have a desire to help where needed and work as part of a team Possess a passion for food with a keen eye for freshness, quality, and cleanliness Live Tatte's core values and help Tatte deliver on its mission Have flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, afternoons, and evenings Ideally have at least 1 year of experience successfully working in a fast-paced kitchen

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prep Cook Follow prep lists created by chefs Label and stock all cooking ingredients Complete all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager Wash, chop, and sort ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and meats Measure quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients Adhere to all relevant nutrition and sanitation regulations and standards Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with kitchen and management staff to order resupply Learn the cooking methods and techniques employed in the kitchen Ensure all food items are properly stored and easily accessible Monitor food and cooling room temperatures Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen Assist chefs with food preparation and other culinary tasks as needed Perform other duties as assigned Dishwasher Maintain and properly care for the dish machine Maintain a clean supply of dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, and cookware throughout the shift Thrive in a fast-paced work environment while adhering to cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dish area Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork Strong communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment Commitment to quality, cleanliness, and organization Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to grasp and reach overhead Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
