Aramark is hiring a dependable Dishwasher to support our food service team. In this on-site role, you will operate dish machines and sinks to wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware, keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You'll maintain a clean, safe dish room, manage trash and recycling, and restock clean items for service. Following strict safety and food sanitation standards, you'll work closely with kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and three-compartment sinks Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to food safety standards Sort, organize, and return clean items to proper storage locations Monitor chemical levels, water temperature, and sanitation logs Maintain cleanliness of dish room, floors, and trash/recycling areas Follow safety and PPE guidelines to prevent slips, burns, and other injuries Assist with basic kitchen prep, restocking, and line support as needed Communicate with cooks and servers to keep service areas supplied Follow Aramark policies for food safety, hygiene, and equipment use Support team members and participate in trainings and growth opportunities Required Skills Commercial dishwashing operation Sanitation and food safety practices Chemical handling and safety Time management in high-volume settings Basic kitchen equipment use Cleaning and maintenance procedures Trash and recycling handling Teamwork and communication Following safety protocols Basic English reading and following instructions
