Responsibilities Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures. Ensure all items are cleaned efficiently and returned promptly for use in food preparation and service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by regularly sanitizing work surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing areas according to food safety regulations. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and ensuring dining areas are tidy for guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools while adhering to health and safety standards. Skills Strong understanding of food safety management and sanitation procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of dish racks, pots, pans, and cleaning supplies.
