Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a seamless flow of service and guest satisfaction Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following strict food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including ingredient handling and prep work Support the kitchen team by bussing tables and managing waste disposal efficiently Operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly Maintain cleanliness of all dining areas, kitchen stations, and dishwashing areas in compliance with sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while adhering to proper ergonomic practices Experience Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Familiarity with food safety management and sanitation procedures is a plus Experience with kitchen equipment operation or dishwashing is advantageous Ability to follow health and safety standards diligently in a fast-paced environment Strong manual handling skills for lifting heavy items safely Knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations helps in understanding team dynamics and guest expectations Join us if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supporting food safety protocols, and delivering exceptional service in a lively restaurant setting.
